User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your Tailave account, including data obtained when you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or LinkedIn. It is intended to satisfy platform requirements for a User Data Deletion Instructions URL.

1. Email privacy@tailave.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include your Tailave account email and, if applicable, the Facebook/Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn account you connected.
3. Optionally include client or workspace names so we can locate related records.

• Your user account profile (name, email, password hash, role assignments);
• Authentication sessions for that account;
• Connected-platform OAuth tokens and identifiers for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar integrations;
• Personal data you entered that is not required for another user’s legitimate workspace.

Content already published to third-party platforms remains under those platforms’ control and is not automatically removed when Tailave deletes its copy of your data.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will email confirmation when processing is complete. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period consistent with our backup cycles.

We may retain limited information when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, prevent abuse, or satisfy accounting obligations.

You can disconnect Meta, Google, or LinkedIn from within Tailave (where available) or revoke the app from that platform’s account settings. For full account deletion, use the email process above.

If you used Facebook Login or connected Facebook/Instagram Pages, the deletion request above covers data Tailave stored from that connection. You may also remove Tailave from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
