Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026 · Last updated: 17 October 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tailave (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Tailave web application and related services (the “Service”), including when you connect third-party social and advertising accounts such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (including Google Business Profile), and LinkedIn.

Contact: privacy@tailave.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), role, and authentication session data.
  • Client and marketing workspace data. Business profiles, brand information, strategies, content plans, copy, creatives, feedback, and related operational records you enter into the Service.
  • Connected platform data. OAuth tokens and account identifiers needed to publish or manage content on your behalf when you connect Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or similar platforms. We do not sell this data.
  • Usage and technical data. IP address, browser type, timestamps, and similar logs used for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls;
  • Connect to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar platforms at your direction;
  • Create, schedule, export, or publish marketing content you request;
  • Provide support, prevent abuse, and secure the Service;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

Sharing of information

We may share information with infrastructure providers, with third-party platforms you connect when you initiate a connection or publish action, and with advisors or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Meta / Facebook Platform data

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we receive and store access tokens and page/account identifiers necessary to manage publishing for your connected assets. This data is used solely to provide the features you enable in Tailave. You can disconnect a Meta connection in the Service or remove the app’s access from your Meta account settings.

Google user data

If you connect Google (including Google Business Profile), we access only the scopes you grant during OAuth. Google user data is used to provide those connected features, is not sold, and is not used for serving ads. You may revoke access in your Google Account permissions and by disconnecting the integration in the Service.

Data retention

We retain account and workspace data while your organization uses the Service and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. Connected-platform tokens are retained while a connection remains active and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect or when tokens expire and are not refreshed.

Data deletion requests

Full instructions are on our User Data Deletion page. You may also email privacy@tailave.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your account email.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials where configured. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact privacy@tailave.com to exercise these rights.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
